I need help.Our GM has been missing for 9 days.She logon once a month, and she not ready to transfer GM . We do not receive mail from the system and therefore cannot re elect GM. S-741 wartune guild ReBorN

If no mail is sent by the 14th day, send in a screenshot just like this one, but showing 14 days offline. Specify that you are the current Asst. Guild Master and that voting was not triggered, provide your character name, and say that you would like the lead transferred to you. They should be able to take care of that manually for you.

ohh, common, i waiting for mail a month + 9 days...

14th day would be when leadership transfers after the voting period. 7 days offline triggers the mail that lets you know there will be a vote in 3 days, then 3 days to vote. The leader can come back at any point during these 13 days and that cancels the process. So, to have it done manually, you have to wait until the end of the normal process, which is day 14.

all servers are offline for 11 days - there is only 1 place you would be able to get that from if that was taken today,

They currently can not help you here. You need to ask for help with the people/support where you logged into the game.
