    I have VIP set up to renew automatically but with the current issue I need to cancel. I went to the store to cancel but could not see how to do so. I tried filing a billing ticket but it could not find my character name so could not complete ticket. Right now I'm have to dispute payment with credit card company which is a pain. So how does one cancel VIP and please don't just post a link to support unless that link takes me to a step by step roadmap.

    Sorry for seeing this so late..

    There should be a VIP tab at the top of http://www.r2games.com/user/?ac=order with the option to cancel recurring subscriptions.

    If you have trouble with that, you will need to send in a ticket so they can cancel on their end. Looking at your post history, it looks like you were on Gamerocks S8? If so, please make sure you are selecting Gamerocks Wartune from the bottom of the game drop down list. https://www.r2games.com/support/?ac=ticket&for=vip

    If you still need assistance getting your VIP cancelled, let me know and I'll ask them for another option for you.

      Thanks MemoryLane I have the same issue. I tried the first link and pressed the cancel button but got an error indicating R2 could not find the order so I submitted a ticket using your other link. Fingers crossed.

        If you do end up needing additional help, just tell me the character name and server (and let me know if it was R2 or Gamerocks) you submitted your ticket under, and I'll make sure someone jumps on that.

          A company that CARED about its players and THEIR rights like the propaganda posted on this website says should automatically stop billing those customers instead of making the customers jump through hoops to cancel it themselves .... but remember that it's the PLAYERS fault they are being charged for something in a game that can't be played, not the companies .... so keep jumping through the hoops .... jump ..... jump......jump

            To solve the issue with REAL customer service .... contact your credit card and dispute the charge if r2 "customer service" doesn't help
