Let's see, lvl 1 10 mill, 2 is 16 mill 3 is 54 mill so that's 80 million if you was the unluckiest guy on earth to not get any blessings that give +5 ... Goddess blessing lvl 10 from 9 is about 450k ultimately costing way over 80 million gold to max it unlike the advance zone that costs 50 mill or less usually to get the same 3%
