Tactician Knight Passive

I wonder if this passive skill works. I heard that archer's DF does not working. So, logically this passive skill also not working? Need input on this, since I plan to level up this skill or other usefull skill.

DF doesn't work where no slow works, the skill works fine where it's available. Just because archers got their panties in a bunch doesn't mean everything is broken.

To answer your question it only works currently in necropolis. Maybe crypt but I blitz then 1 hit the 100 boss so I'm not sure. Is it a bug with the new update or intentional? I haven't seen anyone official say yet.

Probably, the debuff will be seen on the player. But it is useless anyways, unless you do auto attacks

Not really, if you've ever seen some archer vids from previous CWs, an archer slowed and an archer using rune sylph double hit trick = advantage. It's just a small edge but it makes doing double hits much harder vs an equally skilled opponent.

Not a recommendable skill for anything aside from necro anyways. The damage from ult slasher or delphic is more useful in the long run for PvP battles.

Slow works in Crypt and Necro and Normal MPD bosses and PvP, that's currently it for the slow effect.
