  • Ticket closure procedure

    I just read from a moderator that the current procedure is that the system closes unanswered tickets after 2 weeks and it is the players responsibility to reply/open it again.
    So here's my suggestion:

    If a ticket hasn't been addressed or answered for two weeks, the system should MAKE IT A PRIORITY, NOT CLOSE IT!
