HI, anyone know what is the problem if friendliness in farm got decreased? and what is the meaning of the little appearance that have 2 color, blue/red?

But, I saw this friend is always online everyday. then suddenly our friendliness decreased into 1 last night. well, she knows my pass n ID, is that possible that she did re-add? so it cause that friendliness start from 0 again?
