If I have a limit on balens , what sylph should I focus on building?(knight)

Eve/Hercules , or Apollo ? I've been advised to get an Apollo because knights lacks AOE.
And let's give an example .. 30k balens limit ! (+30k bound balens)

Try building more than 2 sylphs if its knights it would be better if you have the following, Eve/Herc, Pan/Medusa, AQ/Cerberus. Eve/Herc is the most used sylph and its damage makes a very heavy hitter, will get you loads of rewards in WB and help you in arena as well. Pan/Medusa is also a good sylph especially for class wars as it has a higher resistance to electro than any other sylph at 100, and if you use battle protection effectiontly then youll ger a total of 640 electro resetance making those who use electro sylphs in both single arena and CW easier to handle plus wind resostance is almost none existant among players. AQ/cerberus is also a good sylph although not viewed as good as Eve its useful in WB do to its delphic and would help out aswell in single arena not many players run fire resistance

Well, pretty much. Apollo doesn't have an advantage in MPD; Electro, Fire, Water and Dark are all better. Electro is hands down best for World Boss which is rather important. Electro is also hands down best for Spire and Necropolis.

Not to mention that in order to even get an Apollo you have to gamble on an upcoming event and there is really no telling how much it will cost you.

I see , that's somehow true. Sometimes I just don't understand why people is using Apollo. Since it's only good for sylph arena and 4v4 arena.. Not to mention the Apollo's Delphic is cool

It's a minor problem. As you rise in level and strength troops will be weaker and weaker. I'm a level 80 mage and I normally clear troops with just one AoE (obviously harder to do for you.) Also both Jupiter's Wrath and Flash Storm prioritize players and Flash Storm hurts troops too, a little. Knight skills targetting lowest HP help too.

With your budget clearly Electro is the best and gives you most bang for your buck. Evolving a Light or Dark sylph is very expensive. Hercules is the over-all best sylph in the game.
