There are plenty of new content at lower levels. There needs to be goals for lvl 80 as well. Level up dude, don't camp BG for a single medal for months and you will be ok.

Would you like a Delorean so you can go back in time. Face it if you're behind the only real way to ever catch up is to grind it out and invest time into it. Holding yourself back in lvls a few months ago was alright but now if you're just going to try and camp you're going to end up miles behind, because games progress they don't stay the same. If Wartune didn't do anything for the people who are capped out in level then they lose interest, some of which are the "whales" (this isn't a casher rant) they keep pumping money into their pockets. Without new things for them they become bored and quit over time. Do some research you'll soon find out that this is just the tip of the iceberg for things that require the new advance 80 system.

To sum it up if the game stayed the same - eventually you could cap everything out and that would be the end there would be no purpose in playing after that.
