as it is hard to earn bound balens then what about a group of quests which gives like 2 bount balens abour 5 or 10 of em like bounty quest daily?

Bound balens are hard to earn so you won't stop spending.

and it's not that hard, once you start doing 15+ stages of spire daily, you gain tons of them
