mars will not scatterable ?

so is this a bug or is this skill really that overpowered apart from the few glitches with it ( like not sharing damage on all skills and healing group )

Scatter not as useful as it once was, but who needs it anyway..just use purge lvl 2 and put another skill in the slot.
