I doubt it will be this month with the updates they are releasing but it wouldn't surprise me to see it before the end of the year. Most players are clamoring to have more content but look at the last maintenance R2 did. I'm not knocking R2 at all for it either. It happens. They did a maintenance and some bugs followed. Now imagine what will happen if they implement all these new things before they have been properly tested? R2 is basically danged if they do and danged if they don't. Just be patient.
