You can never remove luck, even if all stats are equal then you get luck with who crits/blocks more, who lags more/less and yes, who attacks first is also applicable.

Then change block rate to 0% and same to crit rate
lag should also be assumed(similar to people playing a 2P game on a console) 0
attack first no idea, guess they can fight 2 fights and just alternate who gets first move.
guess floating damage should be removed too since its "luck" as well

Most plausible outcome would be 1w 1l for each due to first move advantage
wish there was a way to get aroudn that part

atheina vs aegis thin aegis sure win
athina vs hercluis thin hercluis win even if athina was mage char
apollo / athina is useles sylph 1 vs 1 weak damage and not have something special to let it win
like heavy heal ( iris/ trinton) or high damage ( hercuilis / cerberus )
or special moves like medusa so iam sure any 1 vs 1 battle athina going lose unless heavy casher user ...

Goku would win for sure... all the Athina-Aegis match, they both maxed and shadows (clon) heros, is all about luck and lagg, but i think Aegis has more oportunity cuz hher curse, and restoring hp while make good damage, plus his strengh incres as the HP drop down.

aegis best sylph cuz u can heal and dmg at same time with devour soul ....I see it as very overpowered skill

so don't think there is good counter if sylphs are same cashed....it also depends on classes u play knight with aegis wont take much dmg from patk sylphs and similar combinations....
