i am from Romania
and i made both options
in-game and from store...and i see same options but no BOKU phone payment
i used few times this year but seems now i cant see it anymore

We had but it was removed do to being too expensive for the players, but if you are from Romania you can use Paysafecard.
You can take balens and vip with it.
You can find it in any paypoint area or even at the local post office, they come in diffrent amounts just like prepaid phone cards with a code.
the amounts are 25, 50, 100 and 300 Ron.
If you need to know how to use them just PM and i'll explain.

i already buy vip with VISA electron credit card ...but
i am speaking about BOKU option bcs is a phone payment
i have some money on phone and wanted to recharge 500 balens each 2 months or whenever i want

I asked you to use that because "BOKU" was taken out, i don't know the reason of it or why and if they'll ever add it again.
And i suggested paysafe because it's a lot easier and cheaper than with the phone you don't have so many taxes on it, it's not that hard to use and it's safer.
I used it a few times, and you can also get VIP with it no need to have something overcharged for it.
But if you wanna wait to see if they add boku again be my guest.

I wonder that there been any taxes on Boku at all, on Kongregate and most other games i played there are no taxes on phone payment. So same price for credit card and phone payment. The only place i ever seen it was playspan.
