Getting r2 to change my old email address to my new one

Hi guys,
I had to drop my roadrunner email address and would like r2 to change my email to my Verizon one. I have sent in support tickets 3 times and seem to be getting a automatic response each time. (I'm having a hard time trying get them to understand that all I want them to do is change my email address, not try to get money back for something that I've bought.) Please Help!!

Can you please check your existing tickets to see if any have a reply to them? if not, could you please reply to one of them and then give me the number so I can pass it along and see if we can get you the help needed to sort this out.
