se voces puderem traduzir ai fica melhor eu estava jogando na minha conta quando entrei na ametista peguei o evento e sai com o hades. Ai fui ver um evento que quando voce pegava o hades ganhava premios mas, como sou br e nao ser muito bem ingles nem vi q era evento de troca entao ai troquei sem querer e o hades desapareceu

All I can suggest to you is to open a ticket with the support team and ask them if they can do this for you. This is player error, and they don't normally replace things when you make mistakes like this, but it is always better to ask just in case. Go here: http://support.r2games.com/ select your server and send them all the info you posted in here. You can even link them to this thread. All you can do is hope there's some way they can help you, but like I said, it was you who chose to exchange it, and they may not be able to undo your mistake.
