if u want make a new account and make a new character power him/her
or u can simply stick with ur current one hoping a GM would respond to it
u have to use yahoo or gmail email in order to get a response simple if u don't follow it then its not r2s problem its ur own fault

i don't know some might enter and some might get blocked
those are info u should the person who gave u the email account

also i am just telling u what i know
i wouldn't know what u know hence its obvious i would give the info u already know but if u check again u might find new info

u may get spam mails on what servers opened up but support tickets might be a little different hence they may get blocked

instead of simply questioning us
why don't u just make a temp account on Gmail or yahoo (not a permanent one just a temp one u know just for the ticket)
and file a ticket
once u get ur problem solved u can go back to using ur original account
