Fine you lowered exp for some levels and forced me to automaticly level up - so nice ... but right now give me a chance to get same HS or / and talents level what other players which didn't level up automaticly and go to higher bracket! For example on lvl 65 right now i can't get next talent point since I will get level 69 but people on level 65 (early) could get 2 or more talents on 65 level!!!!! I missing many talents points and its impossible to get even one per next 4 levels up ... WHAT THE MESS!!!!
