Other ways to buy balens besides PayPal,Western Union, etc.

I just want to suggest if u can add some more ways to pay money to get balens in wartune...because i came from the philippines, and we cant have things like paypal..but we still have that western union shops here..
Maybe you can allow us to pay via mobile phone load, it would be much more easier for us to pay..

Same issue, I come from Papua New Guinea and nothing works here.lol. I mean only means I can get balens is through Western Union, can someone explain how that works? Or give me an account to pay for balens? Ta
