You have a Group Arena, and Instances or Multi-Player dungeons. Why not a Group World Boss? A team of four against a Hard boss? Take out the troops and put in other players? Make it like battlegrounds so it's not laggy and limit how many people to a boss? Make it a split reward so that way who ever takes the first hit doesn't lose out on the earnings. Just a thought. You have everything else multi-player, why not a boss where you and friends can team up against an enemy, or even a guild boss where the guild master chooses the battles and if it's beaten everyone in the battle gets some goodies.
