If you ask me,a higher chance would make it very imbalanced towards the people who usually end up first...in 50 runs or so getting hooves would mean maxing all your mounts only from that
But anyway,I've personally seen something else drop 1-2 times,but on the other hand I didn't pay much attention on what drops
