Additional Gem Exchange

I'm thinking it would be good to add some additional gem exchange besides just Patk->Matk

Like crit -> block

For the knights who have too many crit gems and nothing to do with them.

Also maybe Charisma -> Hp or something.

I don't know what kind of combinations you all would like but it would make it better to use gems.

+1 I agree with this, I'm hoping the initial gem exchange is just the start of the feature, not the end all of the feature.
