Shadow people in tok again

when are they going to put the shadow people in tok again. all I see is too many people complaining about not being able to beat tok normal o.O (NORMAL)!!!!! or higher level tok, some people just don't like to take of gear or like to be dck's, so it would be nice to fight shadow people again
