Can anyone tell me how many SS it takes to achieve the next level from 1 to whatever???

lvl 1 = 10
lvl 2 = 22
lvl 3 = 34
lvl 4 = 46
lvl 5 = 58
and so on...

From what we know it increases by 12 from previous one till you get to need 720 ... then it stays at 720

Until a certain point, yes. Pretty similar to how normal engrave levels increased by a fixed amount. Don't think the pattern is same for all 80, but 20-40 levels at the minimum should be.
