can u make spender or one time goodie bag event on reset time, dont make it in middle of the day when we already spent balens...its really annoying

Depends on your server location and your geographical location.The Big Spender and one time goodie bag reset at 5am on the server I am on. If you think it is a bug submit a ticket.

im on oceanic server with -1 hour diff from server time...these last few days the spender events pop up at random time n the latest event is one time goodie bag pop up at GB time and the previous spender event pop up after morning wb which is way passed reset time
