A ticket is a issue tracking system between the company and its customers. It is a way to ask assistance/contact the support team.

Btw just so you know, tickets are practically worthless, cause nothing ever gets done, hence why I don't send them anymore, they're a waste of time!

That happens to me 3 time's already and filing a ticket help's they fix it almost as soon as i send the ticket.

maybe they are busy at the moment you filed your ticket,either way they will be in you case in a sec so don't hold you breath becuase your not alone.
