If it's like on CN servers, nope, it uses an entirely new "stun" stone... which will be mainly $$$ and super rare early on.... maybe months down the road cheaper like fate stones.

this probably means the third part of fate will give the shcock stat so keep fate stones just in case

I think the price has always went up every time you used it. I have never done it nor do I plan on it so can't confirm this. But several people have said that.
