You need to use stamina to do all the runs correct

nope i did all of mine

used stamina and hero attempts for the first few(whatever they are)
then continued with 0
got all my rewards

hooves only double the stats
a + 20 mount is trainable twice
a + 50 mount is trainable 5 times
a + 10 only trainable once

He's also mentioning the +5-10 levels of stats increase which can be trained with whips. So a +10 mount which gives +5 increase in stat levels means:
basic +10 to stats
refined additional +10 to stats
trained addtional +25 to stats (5 levels x +5 stat/level)
Total +45 to stats. This is why I think getting the mounts from shop is a wise choise.

Well if a guy with 100k+ patk needed more than one attack to kill it (like 2-3) someone with 50-60k atk might have somewhat of a harder time when it comes to the lv70 Hero mode. But probably still doable.

Only a bit problem how strong is the hero mode bosses person with 130k br might not be able to pass last map for full rewardsds :P But will see I guess.

cant buy spirit convenant with bound balens anymore, i tried last month

You can't buy Spirit Covenant and other related items such as Power of Healing, Free Blitz, etc... with bb. I can't remember if you could buy them with bb before.
