I do occasionally find them useful in BG. They don't move any different, but some of them DO make the click target for you smaller (on the other hand, the flip side of that is that everyone can identify you pretty quickly, even when the floating titles would normally be obscured).

I've tried it in a solo dungeon and I've run past enemy units before, but I'm not sure if it's entirely fluke.

well the morph cards are quite fun to have and very usefull in BG (battlegrounds) main reason for this is other players will not be able to view your gears while you are running around trying to collect stones in the middle or hunting for players yourself

They can't see your battle rating either? Do you find that they actually leave you alone more often? I keep hearing that people AFK there all the time.
