no announcement nor in-game message talk about the duration

I request for a compensation or a time-change (like duration 1 month not stupid 1 day)

if I know this I surely won't recharge 500 balens for this ridiculous card

I just buy 500 balen and get the recharge event. But i was sad to see the free 200balen voucher that come is only valid for 1 day and it didn't explain when i buy it. I don't think it is being fair for us. I feel like being cheated in this game. Hope that u can help me settle this issue. thank u. My ticket is #235947.

Does anyone know if it can used for purchases with Bound balens? Or is it just normal Balens? IF I had to make a guess and knowing how this game operates I would say Normal only but can anyone confirm this pls?

even better to use the bought balen you have to use up your bound balen first or buy with all bought balen. I tried to buy wings with 1000 bought balen and I had 1100 bound...it would allow me to use the bought ones first so I couldn't use the coupon or qualify for the big spender rewards...

I diddnt buy big pack lol, just enough 39$ chests to cost just over 200 balens and got them for next to nothing. Would have been nice to keep the card for longer but oh well...
