About that bound balens mine

Like title say, i have a question about that beginner's mines,
Some people told me if i recharce 5000 balens for example and get 1 of that bound balens pack i receive back the balens and bound balens too, its true or what? please tell me some one who did it , i dont want to lose normal balens for bound ones. if its an exchange thing im not going to lose normal ones. Thx for ppl who explain this
