question for servers

US West being having issues lately with sylph arena etc.

and since this issue i have noticed a few things
2 days ago when i got my arena rewards
i only got it for gold group
im always diamond group in arena
i've done arena the past few days
and i still have no ranking
is this just another glitch for US West or is it universal?

as you can see here, nobody is in diamond ranks
because nobody made it that far when we stopped getting rewards and such
(this all happened at the time of the emergency maint. a few days ago)

as you can see my gold rank is listed as #763
i put it to the appropriate page to see that
(also included time of screenshot in the top left corner on the first 2)

now right here is the screenshot of my reward i got 3 days ago
notice its at rank 763?

its another glitch of us not getting appropriate rewards

he did say group arena since the devs know sylph arena is bugged and all now we can't even get our simple rewards

These are all west coast issues primarily, group arena is dead, sylph arena is dead (now after this maintenance atoll boss is BUGGY AF) we have a reindeer going "Nerrrr~~~~~" like yay more loading spent on a stupid nerrr

also that christmas discount is full of cupcakes

no compensation or even giving the sylph rewards we should've gotten seriously ***
