how about adding VIP in store with balens, cus always issues with 2nd party providers specially if playing from different countrys

Edit: How about allowing VIPs to use bound balens for items that need unbound balens to be traded for.
Thus they have a chance for marriage wedding and buying limited time offer sales in shop.
