Honor ranking top 10 BR based

Now we can gain honor again, so highest honor players get in top 10 and get title for that (Honor ranking top 10).
When honor is maxed, more players max it and the high br players take the place in top 10 and lower br players kicked out of it, eventho they where first to max their honor.
It would be logical and fair if the ranking would be according of the first one to reach max honor and not based on br.
