Anybody else ending up with more Glint of Magic than Magical Moonlight? Since each enchant attempt requires 3 of both, that's a problem.

I wouldn't waste on blue gear, since chances are when you get purple you need new sockets all over again... an even more on orange

You can open only one more socket in a blue gear other than the one already opened....It says u need epic euipment to open 2 more...so i guess its just like upgrading pve sets fromm epic to legendary.

you get a 5% blessing with each failed attempt, so it goes 1% chance at start, 6%, 11% etc

Yes, you can. True only for earings and accessories tho, you can have any of those equipped.
