question about last day of dimension

My first dimension has 19 hours left on it, will i get the daily reward for this tomorrow as it runs out during the 5am reset? or should i just delete the thing and start another dimension(already capped at 2 dimensions since im not vip)

You get it if you log in before that 19 hours. Daily rewards are sent 5 mins after you log in, not right after reset.
So make sure you log in at least 10 mins before dimension expires.
