CW Matching | Lower Hall

Ok...two months in a row I have fought the eventual highest ranked player (in lower hall) multiple times in CW.

Fought JAXX 4x last month (won first 2, lost second 2).
Fought Hazard 5x this month (won first 2, lost last 3).

Can there be some kind of limit on the number of times you can fight the same person? I mean...come on. They were good fights, but 4+ fights against the same person? That's just stupid.

I'm sure I will care less once the knee-jerk reaction dies down...but gah...

Noob bracket is based on # of wins, so in most cases top guys will fight only top guys later on, over an over an over.

I know why the system matched us up; just pointing out how silly it can be, and hoping they introduce a hard cap (like 3?2?) that prevents it. I know it will never happen...but forums are as good a place to vent as any.

Might happen, who knows, but I doubt it, only reason they split it up into top 16 and rest is so they don't have to think about matches for 100 people, instead just the top tops

Just a question: How is admittance into CW finals calculated? Is it by wins, and if so can't someone with 150k br, if they are lucky enough, able to join the lower bracket?

So essentially, you can be the best free player in wartune (in terms of skills) and somehow beat the cashers in prelim, but still not get in while the cashers do?

That bites, sucks how you need to qualify to get any of those mounts (good prizes) but most players who can get in have at least half those mounts already. Oh well, Whips are okay.

Points determine top100, BR determines top16 out of those 100. As long as you get enough pts, you're in. Point ties are determined by BR, however; so if you have "low" BR, might need 3645 pts instead of the "min" 3510 so you don't have to do tiebreaker.
