If you have open dimensions, you keep them
If you don't, you go down to 2 max.

Well, you go down to 2 max one way or another, but you won't lose dimensions if they're already open.

Wraith is correct. if they are open, they are not going to magically vanish.. so do not worry yourself over that. But once the vip goes away the number you can have open and available at any given time will reduce to two.
