Whips event is useless for under 70

Now r2 is repiting events many times this month, they maybe should divide event at 2 braket per momth, where in one half should be mount, gem, SC event for lvl70+ players and the other half month for the players under lvl70. Or making a month for lvl70+ and the next month old events for new players.

I am very disappointed in R2 for not letting us get the Mythic Dragon Knight title when we are level 34.
