I believe R2 Rhett has already responded to your inquiry in your ticket. I guess it has something to do with 2 charges showing the same ID, while the other is showing another ID. If you want 2/3 purchases refunded, then we we will have to contact the developers and remove the balens from your account, at which point we will send the refund. If that's the case, you'll need to make sure you don't spend them!

Okay, so on the 18th, you were given a reply to ticket #237966 that you needed to respond to- they were asking if you were okay with the 1 refund, because you got 2 of the 3 purchases. They were waiting for your approval to that agreement. You never gave it, so they didn't process it.

The reply you got, posted in first post, is regarding the second of the three purchases. It's saying that in order to refund 2 of the 3 payments, you'll need the balens sitting there, untouched, so they can be removed and the money sent back. To which, you would have needed to reply and say you're okay with that. I don't think you'll be okay with that now, since you spent those, but the first offer for a refund is still applicable- because you didn't get those balens at all.

Makes sense to me now, and I hope it makes sense to you now as well.

Nope never got the balens atm i have what i stupidly recharged i have 7009 balens from my last recharge. I never got those balens from them as of yet. Would rather have the balens cuz by the time they ever think of putting in my account ill be 90.

They can't give you the balens for the random 3rd charge, because it technically should never have happened (it's not recorded as a purchase to your account). The issue has been forwarded to the proper team to initiate the refund for that one.

im out for few hours memory but really i do thank you . Your one of the better people that helps out here and actually tried to help me i think but r2 is just to tight and to stupid to see what a loss there losing cuz amount i spend for them to try to screw me over like this is petty. But like i said it's been way to long and they had to much time to do this. ty memorylane
