Claimed 200balen voucher in group purchase?

Can anyone tell can we do that? And how much can we spend inorder to claimed the 200 balen vouchers? Anyone pls explain.^^

When you purchase something in the shop, the voucher will ghost to the right as long as it is in your inventory. If your purchase meets the vouchers minimum requirements, in this case, you need to spend 1000 balens to get 200 balen discount. Put a dot in the circle and your sale is then completed.
