deflection vs regeneration

guys i have a quest so we have 2 difference astrals one of it can get hp the other one can deflect so i want them both in my astrals will they work together ?

also illusion and deflection is a good combo
i've had a few illusion/deflection work together
you take 1 damage and deflect 50k (75k on the 50% bonus)
and the good thing about illusion and deflection procing is that it doesnt take in account your defense
it will block 1 but the enemy will almost always get deflected back the max amount, unless they are extremely weak
idk why this is, but hey not gonna argue against something that works in my favour

It depends on your level if using both is a good idea. I wouldn't use both before level 70+, most likely, unless you are very strong.

if you're very strong (overpowerd at lower levels) you dont even need those since you wont get much dmg anyway.
might stick to regeneration then instead of deflection/illusion.

illusion is nice, will be op endgame (max level, high astral slot)
regeneration is pve
deflection is pvp

regen is amazing in pvp, it can be a life saver in some fights
had some fool got 4 in a row on me, was amazing (i was angry, very very very angry, i lost 400 honor because of it)

i have actually had better luck on pvp than i have on pve for regen

regen can indeed be nice, but cz dmg is lower, there is less chance you get 50k.
with 295k hp restoring 20k hp wont make much difference:P

but imagine triggering deflect 4 times in a row;P thats a death sentence:P

depends usually, in sylph mode its almost always 50k regens or close
i dont get many in ero form anyway
although the double heal off of BTS on a troop is nice its like 200k heal

it's funny when you dodge with the illusion, got healed by the regeneration and still reflect the dmg to the enemy (I got only a combo with 2 of the 3 so far, but I'm sure it's possible to get the 3 )

wasnt a match defining combo though since the guy i was fighting is like 150k br lower than me
