is that 30% mag def reduce not work ? because i try it in WB
and same damage for example after use shock chain delphic hit 550k
onther round i not use shock chain and same delphic damage i thought
it simple floating damage but i also try others skill with 30% mag def reduce
like jupiter and flash storm and same damage

0x30% = 0, so of course it didnt work on wb.

wb dont have def, so -30% out of 0 doesnt help u much
