Your guild will just have to split up the guild battle days. My guild is # 1 on the server and has far more than 50 people in it. Monday is always the 'low br' day, members with the lowest br eligible for GB get to do that day since it's the easiest GB. Midrange BR gets Weds, and the highest BR get Friday.

Doesn't really matter if they add more ppl to enter since most will quit in a few weeks. My guild had over 60 or 70 online when we had a big merge and now we get 30-40 online for gbs now

think 50 is plenty, dont want more lags in gb anyway.
we had the same issue as you did, well after merge guilds werent very stable, took a while before most guilds stablised with the players in it. ppl get weekly rewards, thats sth as well which is semi useful. at later point in the game, gb doesnt matter much anymore so it isnt very needed to give rewards or increase players anyway.
