The next time you are thinking about posting "demands" for compensation for R2's emergency maintenances, please keep in mind the TOS states:
"Interruption of Our Services
Our Games are subject to scheduled and unscheduled service interruptions and loss of server data, which you do not own and for which you will not hold us liable. R2Games may on occasion need to interrupt the Services with or without prior notice. You agree that R2Games will not be liable for any interruption of the Services (whether intentional or not), and you understand that you will not be entitled to any refunds of fees or other compensation for interruption of our Services."
Also, if you are ever banned from the game and want to "threaten" filing a lawsuit, the TOS covers this as well:
"Denial of Access
R2Games, for any reason and at its sole discretion, may decide that any person shall be denied access to any part of our Services or Games. R2games may suspend, terminate, modify, or delete any R2Games account or Our Games account at any time for any reason with or without any notice to you.
You agree to cease and desist immediately from any attempt to access the site upon issuance of a denial. If you do not cease and desist, you hereby consent to an injunction to be entered against you by a court of competent jurisdiction, as provided herein, permanently enjoining you from attempting to access our Services."
And finally, when you want to complain about "lag" or "bugs" or pretty much anything that isn't working the way it should, and you want to post on the forum that you are going to "sue" them because they "cupcaked you out of your $$$", this is what the TOS says about that:

R2GAMES SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. R2GAMES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THESE SERVICES OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. R2GAMES DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE MATERIALS IN THESE SERVICES IN TERMS OF THEIR CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. So basically they can ban or not ban anyone they want to, at any time and for any reason. They also never have to give you ANY compensation for ANYTHING, and can never be held responsible for any problems with the game... AT ALL!
By playing their game, we all have AGREED to these "Terms Of Service". I guess we should all be a little more grateful when they do give us compensation packs for game problems, or that they do attempt to fix in-game bugs on occasion.
