I haven't been keeping up with the game much except for events, so I may have missed something about this.

When I try to craft a piece of armor for my sylph, it gives me this message: "Insufficient unlocked items"
So is there something I need to do first or am I just bugged?

You need to take off the passcode you have on your shards (the acct protection thingy)
