So if they stop supporting the game, they should give me the chance to transfer asset to the new provider, which will be funny on first moment, but easier to achieve for 7road.
Hope that Chinese lawyers (R2Games is Chinese company with U.S. licence) at least studied the laws of individual countries and explain this to the person who thought we are owning zero.
BTW, there are also laws for gambling restriction, so gambling for unbound balens which are directly achievable only from real money (ie there is no other way to get them, including free balens)? This is gamble and they have to fulfil all legal requirements in he system for lottery committee to check.

Yes!!! I also read one article on this topic but I don't think VAT is exempt in all the countries.
When we are making huge amount of money through casino then paying VAT is not such a big deal I guess.
Anyway, lets enjoy gaming and have fun!!!

I have always found the name VAT to be highly amusing. How does a tax add value to anything?

All Eu players are officialy paying VAT twice, your paying the vat added which everyone is paying plus the rate for your eu country, R2 are scamming you and you dont even realise it.

Thanks Kanusti for mentioning the list of countries including their VAT percentage. I believe the VAT rate is quite expensive to afford for newbies.

25, 12, or 6 percent sales tax?
The standard rate of VAT is 25 percent. For certain specified goods and services tax rate is 12 or 6 percent. What rate you use depends on what goods or services you sell. It does not matter what VAT you paid when you bought a product or a service.
You calculate VAT on taxable income. On sale is taxable entire amount paid by the customer for the product or service, without VAT, excluding any interest.
This article someone else posted in my thread is well written and easy to understand by normal people without knowledge in this area

Also many already tried and a simple IP change works on evading this VAT. R2 as a company needs to keep data of the payments including bank details etc. Those can be used as a proof of residence, BUT since VAT goes to your country tax office, r2 as a company has little to no interest in digging into this so i guess FOR NOW they only track your IP. Still i think its best to NOT give them such data - make new paypal account or use prepaid cards or some other way that can not be tracked back to you and where you come from.
This is a new thing, most companies have no idea how to handle it, so i guess for a year at least many compromises will be made. I dont think any tax office will start persecuting customers for avoiding 50-100-200 euro per year no matter what, especially on the Internet
