What is Empire Truncheon and how do you get it? After the day run out and the Med. is L1.. Does the Med. go away or do you keep it with its L1 stats? I understand that if it is L2, those stats will go away but to L1 or does the whole med go away? Does the insignia to upgrade the days the med expires increase as it gets higher level?
