I'm not sure if this is a bug or not but it seems that when player went offline, their capability reduced by half (attack weaker, defense weaker, troop count went down). Is this a bug or is this intentional doing?

I've never seen that...you've actually see a player stats go 50% weaker?? -

I've seen this happen as well but not stat wise but troop wise like one sec there troops can take over 10k damage and 20 mins later when they log off that same persons troops can't even take 4k damage.Comment

You have to attack them to know if their defense and attack are reduced. But Yes, you can only see their troop count go down only if you check their stat
With that said, this is another bugComment
