    chaos rune in CW

    1st. When my enemy hit me with chaos, why does it say in description something like: "Cast speed slow down by 100%"?
    2nd. Is chaos not working properly in CW? I actually never saw my chaos work properly, even though most fights I saw the icon, and his sylphs are awakened.

        depends on class, for mages heal stealing is nice
        for others, well it's always been pretty much useless
