VIP wheel rewards

Pardon me if this comes off as arrogant, but...

Is there a particular reason why, as a paying player, that I always get low quality garbage when I spin the VIP wheel?

I don't pay to get garbage from the wheel, I pay to get things that are not readily available to the general public. That's the point of being a paying member, isn't it? I can understand when it's every once in a while, you can't win them all, but when it's all the time, I don't particularly see the point in that.

Do you read the new path notes? The forum at all? The new patch coming out will take out all those junk seeds and items. Please do a search feature.
